Which plan should I choose?
We have something for you no matter what you’re focusing on in your creator business:
Our Newsletter Plan is perfect if you’re focused on building your audience. It gives you essential tools to build and engage an audience of up to 10,000 subscribers, for free.
Our Creator Plan is perfect if you’ve established a diverse audience and multiple product offerings. You can streamline your workflows and scale your business to save time and earn more.
Our Creator Pro Plan is perfect if you want to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your established business. You’ll have the tools to reinvest in you growth and analyze your performance, scaling your business even further.
How many emails can I send with Kit?
There are no sending limits on any of our plans at Kit. You can send as many emails as you want on any of our plans.
What happens when my trial of the Creator or Creator Pro Plan ends?
Your free trial is 14-days for the Creator and Creator Pro Plan—no credit card required to start.
Once your trial is over, you’ll need to add a credit card to continue using your Creator or Creator Pro Plan. You can add in your billing information before your trial is over so your account doesn’t skip a beat.
Don’t need the Creator or Creator Pro Plan just yet? You can also continue with the Newsletter Plan.
What happens when I outgrow my subscriber limit on my plan?
Visualizing your goal is a key to your success. And we will never interrupt your growing business.
When you go over your plan’s limit, we’ll automatically upgrade it to the next subscriber tier. Your account won’t skip a beat. You’ll continue gathering subscribers and sending emails the whole time.
What happens if I clean my list and go under my current subscriber plan?
At this time, our team has to manually downgrade plans. If you plan to delete subscribers, please email help@kit.com so we can adjust your subscription.
If I don’t like Kit, can I request a refund?
We’d hate to see you go, but we totally understand if Kit is not the right fit for you.
Whether you’re on a monthly or an annual plan, we can give you a refund as long as you’re within the first 30 days of the date you signed up for your account. Our team will cancel your account and send that refund along immediately (but it will take 3-5 days to show up on your credit or debit card account).
If cost is the issue, don’t let that hold you back. Our Newsletter Plan is always available for you for up to 10,000 subscribers—for free.
Is it hard to switch to Kit if I already have an email list somewhere else?
Moving to a new email marketing platform can be daunting. That's why Kit offers a free migration service for creators with over 5,000 subscribers on our paid plans. Our team handles everything from subscriber lists to automations, so you have a stress-free move.
